Losing Grip

I lost it today. It's finally catching up with me, and with the chronic fatigue coming back, that just puts the icing on the very fattening cake. I had to go into the City for a doctors appointment today, and i could hardly walk, and now that i know there's actually something wrong and its not just aching im more aware of it.
Im so tired all the time, its frustrating. I feel bad for Erin to, because she's been so good, but its hard to keep to a normal timetable with me either being exhausted one week or sick the next.
Just makes me wonder what the FUCKING HELL they'll find next.
