BOO!
Things have been going pretty well for me. Family life has been kind of a drag lately though... My mom is crazy and is intent on destroying this household. As it is, the household is pretty much FUBAR. She got her car into an accident and kinda totaled it. The car itself runs fine, the front windshield is blown OUTWARDS (the airbags knocked the window out, which is stupid as hell we just get compensated for that) and the front right is smashed up, but all the cars internals, radiator, engine, etc are fine. Oh, my mom is fine too... She keeps taking my car though, which is pissing me off. I tell her in advance that I got something to do and she still does not like bringing the car home so I can use it. I don't mind her taking my car to do stuff, but i get pissed if she takes the car and does not come home for a couple days. And shes bitching that she's going to take my car and not take out any more college loans and shit. My God!, I can't want till she is out of this house for good...
Been playing some LAN games. Rainbow 6 Raven Shield. Its a good game, squad based though. I'm not good with squads, I like to do my own thing and not have to worry about CPU players. Also played a game called Ships. Basically you have these Plastic ship-pieces you build and you make a navy. I was playing this with Ken and James, they both have a bunch of these things. SO its like a table-top game, place islands, you have these ships, and you have to get the most treasure. Each ship has X hitpoints/cannons, movement, abilities, etc. Its surprisingly fun, not something I would usually be interested in.
Um, saw X-Men 3 and Pirates of the Carribean 2. Both were good movies, I liked X-men 3 better though. Not that POTC2 was a bad movie or anything, but they left it as a real cliff hanger.. They took a 5 hour movie and sliced it in half so they could make a sequel. That annoys me greatly. There was less humor in it as well, and had more 'serious' overtone, while -trying- to be funny and failing.
Sadie and I Watched that Angelic Layer anime, and are now working on two animes called DNAngel (Sadie loves it and went out to buy the dvd collection) and one called Fruits Basket (she bought that one too, AFTER I downloaded it). I have not seen much of DNAngel; Sadie has watched it a couple times and i have only seen the first 5 episodes. Im not sure if/when we will watch the rest, but I could always borrow the dvds from her she says. I am more interested in the Fruits Basket anime though, because it is more.. fun. I downloaded the entire season cause Sadie wanted it. But then she watched it all (subtitled) on YouTube, then she bought the boxed anime set. That annoyed me a little bit, but it IS a good show. We have been watching that alot lately. I have also finished watching the second season of Full Metal Panic. Thats a good anime as well, now I'm watching the 3rd season/mini thing. That has no plot at all, but is pretty funny. Its kinda like a parody of the two real seasons.
Sadie and I are doing good as well. I am still not sure where we are going, but I think our relationship is looking up lately. I might wanna talk to her and see what her intentions are for the future, but she still is not sure of herself. She is rather lucky that I am stubborn and that I don't take hints to leave :P. But seriously, she seems pretty happy, and thats what is important.
Also the plans for my August trip have changed a bit. Instead of going to Tennessee, now we are going to New York. Sadie's parents like to change plans alot, hehe. But that will be fun. As far as I know we are going to see some museum they got there, central park, the World Trade Center Memorial, some other stuff I would imagine. And supposed to go to Hershey's Pennsylvania as well. That will be a fun trip... And a weekend with Sadie sounds good. Get me out of my house anyways... grrr to my mom.
