Who really needs to sort these anger problems at some point.
Punched a wall. Severely dented my hand AND the wall.
All because I'm fed up with veiled accusations of infidelity from my girlfriend. I hate it when she drinks... everytime, I end up angry...
Popped to A&E because my hand feels too mobile on the inside but the nurse said that it felt like bruising more than anything being missing. She gave me a codeine/paracetamol tablet and asked if I wanted to stay for the two hours and see a doctor or go home and pop in to see the Nurse Practitioner in the morning if it still hurts.
I'm an idiot. And I thought I'd really dealt with this stupid anger. I hate me...
