It's been so LOOONNG!
I can't believe it has been more than 5 weeks since my last entry. So much to do and so little time to record it.
1. April 23 to May 10 - Maui, Big Island, and Oahu. Haleakala Sunrise, George Kahumoku, Jr and Led, Kiluea, visit to Kalanapa and missing the old beach, Tex's Malasada's(Mike insisted I include this one), plentiful waterfalls, the puffer at Ulua, Big Beach at its huge best, Hasagawa's, Mike turning the headlights off on a scary dark road, the dogs at Kona Harley going crazy at "something" near our car, plenty mo'o in our condo in Kona, visiting Sean at cyberbean, Mike's BAD haircut and great beer, Ulupalakua accident and camera "accident" at the luau, Mikey's need for benedryl, building up my alcohol tolerance with a rum concoction every day for two weeks(didn't work), best sunset since april 13, 1996, we missed Karen at Kaukini, an amazing rainbow entwined mauka in Kahana, swap meet on Puunene and Aloha Stadium-YES!, beach breakfast in Waikiki, Monday night at Hapa's, and Mike's unique style of hula in the living room.
2. May 10, 11, 12,- Catching up with house stuff and jet lag.
3. May 13-21 Working to get BigEd back on track with lots of gigs for summer. Promo's, interviews, and practice. Great show at the WEbster....UpOrOntheRocks show this Wednesday will be the BEST.
4. May 22 - Makana Day
5. May 23 - Elissa looks great. She is going back to an empty house in Everett, and building new digs right on Lake Roosevelt.
6. May 24 - Another day...Mike is fixing up around the house and I need to get my butt in gear and get off this computer. Seeya.
