Had a Phone interview today, and it went AWESOME! Just got off the phone 15 min ago.
It went so well that the people interviewing me said that they were impressed and definitely want me to have an in-person interview, which almost never happens, in their experience.
I'd say I have a 75%-80% chance of landing this. Closest I've come in a LONG time. Heck, since 2006, actually, since the last two years have been pretty dry.
