(no subject)
Had a bit of a weird week this week. Only 4 school days, but I've been out of the classroom for two days. Really, really good PD on both days, today's being in bloody Dandenong (which meant peak hour traffic for the first time in yonks) which was incredibly full on. I think my brain has exploded.
I went and saw Spamalot again, with Dave, one of my kids and his mum. J really wanted to go but was mortified about going with 'The Teacher' so we've kept it top secret at school. I know he had a good time, because every now and then he drops me a line from the night, with a massive grin. He gave me an Easter present with a little note that even had a Spamalot line on it. I kept it on my desk yesterday and laughed every time it caught my eye. Took it home though, because the CRT I have in today is a sticky nosed bitch who I don't like very much. She didn't follow my instructions for Monday which really peeved me off.
Looking forward to Easter hols for lots of reasons. The main one being I'm sleeping like shit at the moment and I am basically counting down the days until I don't have to force myself out of bed and can have a 12 noon nap if I need me. Being awake until 2 then waking up at 4 is not fun. I will be spending the time writing up my VIT as my panel for full registration will be early in Term 2. Scary, but I just want it over. I'm going to try really hard not to go overboard on it.
