Dear MBP,
I realize I haven't updated my character here in 18 weeks, but within those weeks, I have given thought several times to coming back. MBP used to be my salvation, my escape from a shitty day. But I was blind and foolish. I didn't realize that all this time, I've been playing with a bunch of assholes who have nothing better to do than sit around and try to make other players feel like shit, be it in or out of character.
I wish I could say that playing here has been fun, but honestly, with the exception of about five or six people, everyone here isn't worth the steaming dogpile in my front yard. I used to think it was only in high school when people acted so fickle and self-righteous, but this entire community prides itself on sporting a "holier than thou" attitude and belittling anyone with an underscore in their username, or with different writing skills than their own, or basically anyone who doesn't meet the beloved MBP standards of dipshit greatness. It's fucking ridiculous, and I, for one, have much better things to do with my time than pretend I'm back in high school again.
So it's official. I'm out, and I won't be back. As Eric Griffin, or as anyone else.
As for the VERY few GOOD players out there, do yourself a favor and find a game that you can take pride in and actually enjoy playing.
Don't forget to do your homework, MBP, and enjoy your recess time.
