Oh the woes of love. Alfador's classes start this next monday, enough to make us sad because of the little time that we have. :c
I still don't know when my classes begin, the university calendar is so confusing that not even my sister (she's an expert on this stuff) can figure it out. We'll phone them later to ask.
The only thing that makes me cheer up is the fact that the laptop I want is available in some stores, on the website it already says "Available" so that means it should arrive to the closest store I have here soon, maybe today! :D
At least this computer is working better, it still needs to be formatted but meh, I'm tired of saying that and sincerely, I don't want it to be my problem anymore. (no, that's not the reason why I'm buying a laptop, university away from home, remember?)
Shortly after I started my hiatus, I had lunch with my 8th grade history teacher and my old class, there my teacher talked about the history she was writing and if I could be the artist. Of course, I accepted, but I still need to draw more things for her history.
Anyway, in the meanwhile, she had another project with her school, to help the animals of União Zoófila (a kennel where they treat abandoned animals), one of her ideas was to draw two logos, put them on a t-shirt and sell them.
And guess who was the artist :D
This first logo features her characters.
This one came from a very old drawing of mine, she was watching my pad and found it, since I never did a use of it and she liked it, it became a logo too.
Both drawings where made in GIMP, except for a little smudge on photoshop. It's a nice program but I bet it works better on Linux (I'm using the windows version, which still has some problems, with colour mixes)
And that's all for today. Oh, and if you want to have DDR on the computer with dance pads, do not buy this usb adapter, it sucks so bad that I even cry when I look at it. I'm having a hard time putting BOTH pads working fine, at least I can cheer up with one but it would be funnier if I had the two pads working fine so my sister could dance with me. :c
