Heart Update
So my heart is fine, but not. Cardiologist said I have a minor case of mitral valve prolapse and that I should have it checked every 5 years. No restrictions, but it goes toward explaining my heart palpitations.
No fun having anxiety and panic attacks with a floppy ticker.
But, this is in the annoying category of medical issues, like my exposed skull. Evidently, nothing to be concerned about.
