oddness - teh fear family trait!
Last night was an odd night … watched "the road to el dorado" and "Spirit: stallion of the Cimarron" while doing some work on my computer, (the first was entertaining though the songs are somewhat contrived and it kinda fizzles out at the end, the second is very good, none of the usual Disney-esque animals talking to each other, all conveyed by the music and overlaid songs and the artwork - very good!) which in itself wasn’t odd, but the call from dawn at 1.30am ... now that, that was odd!
D wanted to send a single flower to her new girlfriend, but as J is at home in a small village in germany where no-one apparently knows she's gay, D didn’t want to send it from her accounts in case someone started to ask why a girl was sending a flower to J with a msg about happy valentines.
So by 2am we had sorted out D's gift for J.
Not really how I was expecting to be spending the wee hours of the morning, but certainly a better reason than most!
