Who: Clu 1 and Roy
What: Clu's doing a little repair work, and Roy happens upon him
When: Sometime not too long after
Clu meets RamWhere: Somewhere near Clu's residence, in a fairly quiet section of Tron City
Warnings: Shouldn't be any, really.
Clu glared at the stubborn bit of exposed coding before him in annoyance. He'd passed by this street light on his way back to the residence he'd laid claim to, and noticed that its lighting output had been flickering badly, and its structure glitching slightly, parts of it randomly losing solidity. If left as it was, it seemed to be on the way to failing completely, and the glitch might well spread to other nearby lighting structures. Thus, Clu had taken it upon himself to repair the damage, rather than bother someone else about it.
But whatever was causing the glitch was stubbornly evading his attempts to either lock it down and eliminate it or route around it. His irritation couldn't quite override his pleasure at working with such quality coding, but it seemed to be trying its darnedest anyway. He glanced up at the lighting output above him that stubbornly continued to dim and flicker randomly, then returned his full attention to the code before him, being thorough and careful in his manipulations.
"Alright, you little glitch," he said quietly, speaking to the inanimate strings of code and data before him. "Where are you...?" He was somewhat oblivious to his surroundings at the moment, but few programs passed this way anyhow, so he wasn't all that worried.
