WHERE: Arena Training Room
WHO: Lizor...and anyone who happens to drop by.
WHEN: Not long after Lizor's
conversation with Boomer. (within a couple hours our time)
WHAT: Lizor is a bit broody and is working off some tension by training! (going for a walk won't do it this time!)
WARNINGS: Nothing I can think of at the moment. I can change it if necessary.
After wandering around with Boomer for a while, Lizor headed back to his quarters, hoping on finding -some- rest after his walk. It was soon clear with his tossing and turning, that his systems did not want to cooperate and power down into a rest cycle any time soon. There was too much on his processor, his data streams busy. With a grunt of annoyance - Lizor sighed and got up, giving up on trying to nap. Drinking some energy, he paused long enough to send a ping to Aadi, notifying her that he was still running. He added coordinates to his intended location, in case she was around and wanting something to do. He hadn't seen her since they had parted ways after he had taken her to the Sea - though they had talked when they could with vid communication since.
He left - heading to the nearest Light Way platform - taking the intra-city transport to the Games Arena. It wasn't a Game Night so the place was relatively quiet. At least, the section he was heading to. The Training Rooms, the very same area where he had met with Quorra a while ago for a friendly sparring match. The disc warrior rolled his shoulders as he entered a room. He had it all to himself, which suited him fine. He wasn't in the best of moods - and didn't want to take it out on anyone.
Lizor began with a series of stretches, leading to weaving acrobatics which sent him all over the space. Rolling, flipping and bouncing off any surface - even the walls. They were almost like fighting forms or kata - for it was easy to imagine the disc warrior fighting multiple opponents in the space. Utilizing kicks, blocks and a variety of strikes to take them out. It was when he pulled his disc that things really got flashy - performing variations of disc kata, where the weapon seemed to dance in the air around him as he moved - throwing it and catching it at various turns in rapid succession. While it didn't have the same satisfaction of hitting a solid target (though he wouldn't want to do this to a program save Clu) - the intense physical activity helped him just....-not process- for a while. He could just sink blissfully into his combat subroutines and let himself not think.
