You Say it Best.....
WHO: Lizor and Aadi
WHEN: A little more than a millicycle (8-10 hours our time) after Lizor's work shift. After he got some rest after meeting The Twins.
WHAT: Lizor contacts Aadi and arranges to see her in private - for the first time after they first met.
WHERE: Ends up at Aadi's apartment.
WARNINGS: Right now...not that I can think of. (other than angst and adorableness lol) I'll make note if anything happens.
Lizor came online after a light recharge - having been exhausted from the busy work cycle previous. He lay there in the dark for a while - the only light source his own circuitry. He had a slew of free time now until his next work shift and so he momentarily pondered over what he could do. His processes didn't last however - and he just lay there in the quiet and the dark. Savoring it. Eventually he had to get up though, feeling rather drained and needing some nourishment. For once it was nice to actually get some decent downtime...without being plagued by emotional upheavals and seizures.
He got out of the comfortable nest of blankets and pillows on the low platform bed - taking the time to rearrange everything and make it tidy before he shuffled past the folding screens towards the fully stocked bar at the far side of the spacious one room apartment Castor had given him. Glancing at the view out of the floor to ceiling windows, he got himself a large glass of regular though good quality energy before wandering back over towards his rest area..sliding into a chair before his comm. station. He raised the lighting of the area and tapped in a code to activate the console, sipping at his drink and running a hand through thick hair mussed from his downtime. He still wore his Arena Armor - not having bothered with changing when he got back to his quarters earlier.
Lizor checked to see if anyone had tried to contact him. Other than a single ping from Aadi - there was nothing pressing. Since he had first met her at the park and parted ways after escorting her back to her place...they had sent single pings to each other at regular intervals, just to let each other know they were still there. Not necessarily an invitation to talk - but just a simple notification to reassure the other to quell anxieties. It had been something he had suggested after all, after he had walked her home. He tapped her ping with a finger tip - sending it back to show her he received it, his answering ping letting her know he was still up and running.
After a pause - the disc warrior's systems flickered erratically when he came to the realization that he actually had enough free time to see her if she so wished. They hadn't had time alone to talk since they first met in the Park a few millicycles ago. With a slight hesitation - though no less eager, he tapped in Aadi's personal contact code, sending a ping request for vid communication. He sat back, sipping at his energy - tugging almost nervous fingers through his mussed tangled hair.
