The engagement party for mojo_foley and specieszerowas a lot of fun. Since their wedding is near Halloween, the theme for the party was a Halloween one. Spiders, webs, bats, and black and orange balloons all over. It was very cool. Met lots of fun people. Lots of amusing conversations. No one seemed to mind that I was a foriegner. I'm surprised someone remembered the party the next day ;)
The drive back was good. Good weather. Not much traffic. No problems at the border. The cats were happy to see me back. They seemed to have cleaned up well after their parties while I was out.
