Further evidence of the crap our kids deal with in this county...
Most know by now the problems we have with our School System Superintendent selling our kids school out from under them for personal profits. And many others know how the Feds are investigating the possibility of prosecuting him under Civil Rights laws for violations in his School Closings.
Well, now a new kicker - Our youngest son, the one who was displaced by this act of fraud and racist theft, is now being told that his new school failed the NCLB!! They were kicked out of their HIGH RANKING, OVER-ACHIEVING, racially balanced school with a new campus and well-kept buildings, to be forced into a school that has crowded trailers and failing infrastructure. Today's news is that the "wonderful" new school he is being sent to is on the list of schools that failed to meet the NCLB (No Child Left Behind) guidelines for more than 2 consecutive years. Thus allowing parents to have them transferred elsewhere in the system to non-failing schools. A convenient little fact that the Superintendent failed to warn us of when he stole our school. Now we have to deal with an under-achieving and failing school in academics as well as structure.
This is complete BULLSHIT!!! This ASSHOLE needs to be strung-up and left to the fates for his ABUSE of power and disrespect of our kids and our community.
I think I am contacting the members of our "Parents Underground PTA" about joining another lawsuit on this. I want blood.
