You can change no one but yourself. A saying I picked up from my mom, prolly from Al Anon, and one that I absolutely love. And I've heard the quote in the title from her, too.
It is so pretty. And it is so true. You can talk all you like about how you would like something to change, but unless you make that change it won't happen. And, it's not even that you have to change the whole world, but at least you won't be a hypocrite ;)
