The 420 Begins at Midnight show at the UCB was fucking nuts. The little theatre was practically being hotboxed. There was a very drunk heckler-- she took off one of the performers' chicken head in the middle of their act and Matt Besser asked her,
"You MUST be really high, aren't you?"
"No, I'm not"
"What, why not?"
"I'm driving"
The crowd boos, etc.
"Oh, so you're only drunk, okay."
She was drinking the entire night and going to the bathroom and shit. What the fuck kind of fucked up logic is that? You're not smoking pot because you have to drive, but, however, you will get plastered out of your mind and incessantly interrupt a comedy show.
It was still really good anyway-- the heckling made it more interesting.
Uh, and Kanye West last night was fucking off the chain
