Micro-bar story

Jun 05, 2007 12:21

Friday night, Lisa, Science, Schuester and I met up in Canton for some dinner and beer. I wish this had occured with me in the room, but it didn't. Still, every time I wash my hands now I think of this phrase.

Aly and Lisa went to the bathroom in this bar and apparently encountered some woman starting to wash her hands as they were, too. Someone said the water was too hot to keep her hands under, and this woman replies, "Yeah but that's okay because bacteria don't die at this temperature anyways."

Immediate love from the Micro kids.

Moral of the story for you non-dorks out there: I don't care how hot the water is, you can even use lukewarm water if you're a wimp. Just make sure to scrub and slough off those microorganisms into the drain. And don't use 99% antibacterial soap... unless you support evolution.
