I'm getting a cat!
One of the barn kittens (now 1 1/2 yrs old) has never left the hayloft and Rae thinks he should experience life. I went up today to meet him and he's so handsome! I'd guess about 8 lbs, buff colored with very light tabby striping and a big head. He's also so amazingly friendly, especially considering that he only sees people for a few minutes every day. And he's fixed with all vaccs up to date
Kate's anti-cat in the apartment, so I won't get to pick him up until the end of the semester. But I plan on spending some time after my Friday lessons letting him get to know me. The barn calls him Scooter. I may change that name.
