Alright, I've tested out the Usana shakes and, even though they do contain sunflower oil, they don't seem to adversely affect me. This probably means that my suspicions of my not being allergic to the oil is correct. And, this means that I'll be starting up the Usana RESET program right soon; all I need is to get myself a blender bottle so's I can mix up my shakes during the day.

The Usana RESET program is a 5-day high fiber cleansing program designed to break the body's carbohydrate cravings. Basically, they provide shakes and nutrition bars, plus vitamin supplements, and you eat those for 5 days while your body... well... RESETs itself.

The body processes different carbs in different ways. Certain foods are converted much more quickly into sugars; these are high-glycemic foods. The problem with this is, because of the sudden spike of sugars the body releases high amounts of insulin into the body to use up the sugars as best as it can. Usually, they're converted into fat and stored for "future use". And now, because of the abundance of insulin in the bloodstream and no sugars for it to deal with, the body will think it's hungry again to get more sugars into the body. That's why many people crave a higher-glycemic food, like french fries. The Usana RESET program helps to break this cycle of sugar addiction by using low-glycemic shakes and bars as your source of food. It helps to stabalize your blood sugar and insulin levels, so it's not always peaking and crashing all the time. Once the RESET is over, you're ready to change your way of eating by choosing the lower-glycemic foods rather than the high ones; you're much less likely to automatically go for the bad stuff 'cause you're no longer craving them.

Or at least, that's the theory. Let's hope this sticks, eh?

EDIT: I'm currently 178.2 lbs
