And just when I thought EP couldn't get any skinnier, s4 of Grey's Anatomy proves that yes, she still had something between her skin and bones ;) But not anymore...

To be honest, though, I would've preferred pictures of McDreamy and Alex over pictures of the residents...

It did that once last season - when they were all studying at Burktina's. I think it's a wig.
