Instead of making a spinoff for Addison (as much as I love her...she just fits too well with the current one), wouldn't it be more interesting if they made a spinoff about Ellis Grey? I mean, her younger years? Shonda mentioned once she'd love to see "The Ellis Diaries" and I'm one of those who's curious about what happened in making her the woman she was, as well as her climb to being one of the top surgeons in the world.
I mean, Ellis is unlikeable, abrasive and all that stuff, but so is House (lol!). But I'd like to see another show whose main protagonist isn't lovable right off the bat. It'd be a whole new kind of "Grey's Anatomy".
