Okay am I missing something about what went down when Derek caught Addison cheating on him? In season 2, I thought (from my bad memory) that Derek just walked away. I believe Mark said he did that. Well in Season 3 we see Derek taking Addison's clothes and throwing her out. Am I wrong or is this just a mistake the writers didn't catch or something?
