Diet Tribe 2/26/09

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, toast, 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
AM snack: Mini bagel with reduced-fat cream cheese
Lunch: Tamales, rice, beans (we went to an Oaxacan restaurant for lunch because there's one around the corner from the shelter), cake Prague (then we went to a Russian restaurant down the street for cake)
PM snack: 1 c. sugar snap peas, nonfat raspberry yogurt
Dinner: Tortellini, marinara sauce, 1 c. broccoli, 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese.
Dessert: Cherry cobbler and ice cream.

I decided that on Thursdays I'll let myself eat more than usual, just so I don't feel totally deprived all the time. And Thursdays are cake days, so I get cake. Because, well, cake rocks.

Exercise: Biked to work and back (about an hour. It snowed, and I biked in the snow for the FIRST TIME EVER), stretched for like 30 minutes. I'm trying to improve my flexibility, which isn't bad, but is really awful compared to what it used to be.
