Just an update to say that I am still alive. Hooray!
It's cold outside (okay, COOL) and somebody's exhaust fumes are coming in through the window and Merryweather is standing on my arm meowing.
Job is still good and rewarding, and my free time is busy because Fred's birthday is coming up, and I forgot B's birthday until I realized Fred's birthday is coming up (which is the same thing I do EVERY YEAR--"Hey, Fred's birthday is coming up--Oh CRAP I forgot B's birthday!"), and I'm trying to start working on Emma's birthday present (it's a crocheted dolphin toy) because I don't want her to get screwed on presents just because she was born on December 22nd.
Also, my birfday is coming up, and I am inching closer to thirty. How terrifying.
