DAY 3
7:30 am - 2 chocolate cupcakes+chocolate frosting, 2 sips apple juice
11:30 am - 1 beef patty+bun, 1 serving steamed corn, 1 carton chocolate milk
6:00 pm - 2 crackers, 1 dollop goat cheese, 1 sundried tomato
7:00 pm - 1 small plate salad w/ cheese+pine nuts, 2 servings cheese lasagna, 5 bites salmon, 1 serving cooked vegetables
8:00 pm - 1 fucking piece of cake
8:30 pm - 1 cup coffee+milk+3 packets sugar
assesment: ok wow. i am inept.
tomorrow: no breakfast. clifbar, cold chicken+veggies sandwich for lunch. 1 slice pizza for dinner.
