i love my neighborhood

for a million reasons, but here's the latest one.

i can take my dog with me to all of the following places:

- the secondhand-book store
- the hardware store
- the food co-op
- the pet-supply store
- the bank

at the bank, they even gave her a biscuit. at the hardware store and the secondhand-book store, she gets petted and complimented. she was a happy puppy.
