Who was it that said (paraphrasing here) "Do not cut your conscience to fit the fashion of the day" Your opinions are your own and if you can't freely air them here that's a problem. Free speech, people!

I didn't use to express my opinions so openly here. It began with advice from ellen_datlow, after I complained of a low readership. I always knew it was a risky move.

Still here and not quitting fwiw; your strong opinions are a thing I appreciate. Also I started Blood Oranges on the bus to work this morning and am enjoying. And one of these months I hope to have more time to have actual conversations on lj again, though I fear that might end up being June at earliest.
