I don't understand why Americans get outraged at inane, stupid crap, and don't get outraged when someone believes they're too bigoted, hateful, and empty-headed to handle the concept of gender identity.
Well, partly, I think, because Americans, as a whole, are too bigoted, hateful, and empty-headed to handle the concept of gender identity. At least with diversity and fluidity in gender. It's something they'd rather not think about, so they're not going to be offended by not having to deal with the fact that in Låt den rätte komma in we have to accept that Eli gender is a very complex and disturbing subject.

More than three people is too much. I dislike RP "events" for that reason. It just becomes a bunch of people vying for attention over a virtual crowd, and the text scroll is nearly unreadable in some cases.
There's just almost no way, in those scenes, for everyone to be on the same page storywise, or to be rping at the same level, or have the same feelings about staying ic, and so forth. A catastrophically awful multi-person scene led to my leaving IS back in April, and now I just avoid them. I've only done a very few good scenes with a large number of players in the 3+ years I've been in SL. We're best off telling our little personal stories, and when they happen to intersect, fine.
If that isn't me, I don't know what is.
