Sunny and very hot today. Our high was 93.9F, with a 96F heat index.
Productive again. Though not quite as much so as yesterday. I spoke with Ellen Datlow regarding a short story I need to write. I spoke with Mike Polcyn regarding MP2. I spent over an hour dusting part of my office.
Having finished Adam Higginbotham's Midnight in Chernobyl, I began reading, for the third time, Danna Tartt's The Secret History.
For Heaven's sake, I miss the slow news days.
The afternoon's film was Ridley Scott's original Alien (1978). Tonight, still on the Brat Pack kick, we watched John Hughes The Breakfast Club (1985) and Joel Schumacher's St. Elmo's Fire (1985).
