Those who revel in the destruction of language, English and otherwise. I'd quote America's frightening illiteracy rate, but why bother.

The consensus has already already deemed me "cringe." Well, maybe not consensus. But they like to think they are.

Mostly cloudy today. Dreary. Our high was 86F.

So, Selwyn had a check up today. His injury, spoken of a couple of days ago, is healiing very well, and to his great relief we were able to take the cone from off his head. Huzzah.

I did at last sleep last night, something like eight hours almost unheard of for me. Kathryn gave me a dose of some sort of concentrated CBD oil or something, and I slept. Hard. And woke hung over. So...I'm not gonna make a habit of that, but at least I'm not hallucinating today.
