A cold and cloudy morning that gradually turned in sunny but chilly afternoon. Our high was 68F.
Somehow I slept until 7 a.m. Selwyn is very much better, and Kathryn and I both seem to be dealing with an overwhelming bout of stress relief that's making it hard to do much of anything but stare at the walls. I'll talk about work tomorrow.
Today's film was Stefano Sollima's Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018). It's really not a bad film, but it suffers in comparison to the original; Denis Villeneuve is a hard damn act to follow. Still, Josh Brolin and Guillermo del Toro make a so-so script better than I'd expected.
Please, be a dear and have a look at
the Dreaming Squid Sundries shop. We are now in "gave all money to the IRS and vet" recovery mode. Thanks.
