After yesterday's high of 18˚F, we reached 27˚F today. The windchill currently -16˚F. But we have the sun.

An utterly miserable day.

I spoke briefly with my mother about an hour ago. She and my nephew are both still very ill with COVID-19.

Kathryn is making spaghetti.

Last night we watched Bob Clark's A Christmas Story (1983). Tonight we'll watch more Christmas movies.

Today I got through on paper in JVP, "First rhynchocephalian (Reptilia, Lepidosauria) from the Cretaceous-Paleogene of India."

I hardly slept last night for the cold.
