The Future
The heatwave continues. Today we reached 94˚F, with a heat index of 104˚F.
I spent three hours this morning on an introduction for Bradbury Weather. I wrote 1,416 words. I hate it. I don't think I can use any of it.
Do not expect this collection to have an introduction.
I could have spent those three hours on MP 1.2.
The afternoon's film was Tarantino's Once Upon a Time...In Hollywood (2019). Even with the specter of Manson, it has become a supremely comforting film for me. To paraphrase something Peter S. Beagle said when asked if he'd go to Middle Earth. Yeah, if I could go back to 1969, you bet your sweet ass, I'd go in a flash.
