I hardly slept last night. I woke the last time at 6 a.m., then got up at 8 a.m. It was 28˚F, I think. Our high was a sunny 48˚F, but the windchill made it feel more like 43˚F.
I stepped out onto the back landing for about thirty seconds, the first time I'd stepped foot out of the house since Xmas Eve, December 24th. Sadly, that's probably not my record.
Hopefully, this cold weather, after such a warm December, won't mean a delayed spring. Usually, it's getting warm and we're seeing the first green here in Birmingham by late February.
I have a doctor's appointment in the morning, so stepping outside today, that helped me prepare.
The afternoon movie was Christopher Nolan's Inception (2010). Last night we finished the first half of the final season of Ozark (the second half won't be posted for a couple more months, at least). The more I see of Julia Garner (Ruth), the more she impresses me.
A can of ravioli for dinner tonight.
Later Tater Beans,
Aunt Beast
