Our high was 77˚F, and after some astounding fog in the morning, the day was grey and overcast. Strange weather for the death of another terrible year.
I would like to believe that one day America will see an end to these terrible years, but I think that's gonna take a long, long time yet.

Last night we saw Don't Look Up (2021) and I really, really, really liked it. It is the film we need, Dr. Strangelove for the 21st Century. Though, it only looks like a film about an asteroid impact. It is very obviously actually a film about Trump, QAnon, and Covid-19. See it (on Netflix).
I thought about making a list of all the many books I read in 2021. Maybe tomorrow. I just do not have the energy, and I doubt anyone cares.
