A shitty, shitty day was today (yes, worse than yesterday). May it rot in oblivion. I didn't go outside. I didn't even pull up the blinds, though it was sunny. Currently, it's 47˚F. Someone needs to remind the weather that in Alabama late February is spring.
Today was Jack's memorial service, almost a month after his death. I didn't go.
I didn't do much of anything but try not to break things or yell. I managed both, I think, but I also think the effort cost me some stomach lining.
Tonight, Kathryn and I saw, finally, James Mangold's Ford v Ferrari (2019), and it was fucking truly, utterly brilliant. This film is to car racing what The Right Stuff is to test pilots and astronauts. I loved it.
Now, I'm going to bed.
