If I believe Accuweather, it's 72˚F out there. There's not a single leaf on a single deciduous tree.

This will be another short entry. For a variety of reasons, I'm running late.

Yesterday I actually managed to begin "Dancy Versus the Pterosaur" and wrote 1,250 words, the best writing day I've had since March 22nd, when I finished "The Aubergine Alphabet." I don't yet know if this will be a good story, but it is at least an actual Dancy story. That's a start.

Honestly, things are not good. To quote Mal Reynolds (ever quotable), "We're close to gone out here."

And that all I have for today. At least I'm making the "tl;dr" assholes happy.
