I think I somehow skipped fall. I went from hot summer heat at home to chilly British weather with nothing in-between. No wonder my head felt like it was gonna explode on the plane

I know what you mean about feeling like a different (and improved) person. I've had the same feeling over the last 6 months. A lot has changed around me, and I've certainly changed :)
