Nuclear Option...
Ive been thinking about a lot of things lately. With the coming of Fanime and the possible future of it; ive begun to look at my past and current leadership styles. I find that i have stages in my leadership skills, certain elements that are triggered upon different events.
The basics of it is; i go from a very lax and relaxed atmosphere, to one of total dominance. The severity of what side i veer towards is directly proportional to how closely people stick to the ultimate end goal. I'm very receptive to new and exciting ideas, but i do my best to keep the ultimate prize, the final goal in mind. I also have my own set of morals and ideals that i sometimes bend, but never break...
For the most part my style leaves me in easy and relaxed positions. Rarely does the final stage ever need to be implemented. However, as things goto shit, the "Nuclear Option" begins to be set in motion; and as soon as the football is opened, and the codes are entered; total dominance and total destruction is close by.
I find that i tend to be a last resort high level leader. the corporate "consultant" so to speak that makes massive cuts in order to maintain the bottom line. My soft exterior and gentle smile fade towards the hard lines that must be kept.
The Nuclear Option has been initiated... i expect nothing but total dominance and total obedience. Play nice, and all will be well; rebel and you will be left in the dust of our spectacular victory, (or defeat). Either way, it will be a wondrous sight to see.
