i should say that i really liked extremely loud & incredibly close by jonathan safran foer. at first, i wasnt sure. the main character reminded me very much of the one from the curious incident of the dog in the night-time, whom i didnt particularly like. however, oskar grew on me and i did like him. i liked him and i liked the stories he uncovered in the people around him. i liked that he invented - i liked that he called what he did "inventing". im recommending it. ive read 18 books so far this year, and i am recommending this one.
