So its a new year! And I have a few resolutions that I'm planning to get started on. The first I got started on today - getting my a$$ back to training. To make it easier on myself I've decided on getting myself to either MMA or Boxing every other Saturday morning. See! With a resolution to go every 2 weeks how can I loose ;)
This morning I walked 30 min in -24 degree wind chill weather to the gym and pushed myself for 2 hours training with the awesome women of the city's only all-women boxing club. It was awesome meeting everyone and the owner/trainer was great. I have quite a bit of experience in a variety of forms but never tried traditional boxing so it was fun. Though now I hurt in places that haven't seen movement in ages.
Ugh.
