Ick bug bites, itch itch.........
Hi all. I hope that everyone is doing well. Tonight was another turning point in my life for me. I joined Bethlehem Baptist. I've always wanted to belong to a church, and I feel so welcome there, and I feel very close to God there. The people there are wonderful and very loving. I'm going to be baptized Sunday August 7. I was saved about 5 years ago at Camp Sumatanga. I have so many wonderful memories from camp, but the best one is remembering the night that I was saved. Tonight while the pastor was asking everyone to bow their heads, he asked anyone who felt like they weren't in the right place with God to raise their hand. I was hesitant at first, but something inside me told me that it was time. So I went to the altar and prayed and told Brother Wayne that I wanted to join the church and be baptized. Jake was really happy for me, he cried lol. I did a bunch of crying too. Those of you who believe in prayer, please pray for me. I've got a lot of big "life" decisions to make in the next few months and I'm gonna need a lot of advice and direction. Well, I guess that's it for now. Much love and I'm out.....
