I don't leave any space for the viewer in my art. I don't leave any space for the reader in my writing.
I don't need to provide all the context of the entire world leading up to the moment of this art.
They have their own ideas, their own world they carry around inside of them, the viewer does, the reader.
It's their job to think. It's not my job to make them think.
