first day of classes
today has been great!
i love all my classes. except for spanish american culture but that's only b/c the professor (who happens to be my advisor) is kind of boring. oh well - i need it to fill major requirements so i guess i don't really have a choice. but my professor for my spanish lit class and my advanced grammar class is awesome! he's cuban and a really cool guy. he looks kind of like christopher walken. and he talks very fast and very loud. it's pretty comical.
i paid about an arm and a leg for books today. $260!!!! but i did buy a nice new spanish dictionary that i didn't need to buy. but the one i have now is crappy so i figured i should replace it.
field hockey is going out for ice cream tonight. i'm not too excited about it b/c i don't handle ice cream very well. it's tasty but that's about it. definitely not easy to digest. oh well - it should be fun anyhow.
