Juice Day 2

The second day went much better!

After thinking more about my heart rate scare yesterday I have decided to work up to the full juice diet. I will eat one "normal" meal a day for 8 days, and then do the full juice. That way I will have the hang of it all.

With my weird sleeping I slept late and needed to go to the grocery store.. And once I left my house I realized I wouldn't have time to shop, juice and shower before my engagement this evening.

Breakfast:

Taco bell quesadilla (don't judge me)

Lunch:

- 1 cucumber
- 1" ginger
- 3 granny smith apples
-yield 16 oz.

I was impressed! It was very tart and fresh. I enjoyed it a lot.

No gym today, which means I must hit it the next three day straight. I'm excited though, because i just made a new playlist that should get me from stretch to stretch all the way through my workout.

Day 2-- not bad.
