Back to normal?

Well, gevehard  is back home, safe and sound, from International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF).  I'm so glad to have him home again.  Things just don't seem to go quite as smoothly when he's gone.  Sounds like they had a good time in Reno though.  Went up to Donner's Pass one day, Lake Tahoe another day, and then there's all the stuff that goes on at ISEF.  They were busy the entire time.  I'm sure small stories will keep coming out from time to time.

We went to see Star Trek last night.  It was good.  I was pleasantly surprised.  I'm SO used to the "old" crew, but they did a good job of things.  I would tell you all to go see it, but you've already probably seen it!  The next movie we want to see is Angels & Demons.  We both loved the book, so I hope they did a good job with the movie.  But, knowing Ron Howard directed it, I would expect it to be good.

This weekend, well.....starting Friday actually, we'll be going over to the Rochester area to see if we can find a place to live.  I've been calling around to a few places, some seem like they'd work, but we would like to see them first.  Then, Friday evening and Saturday we'll be attending Ages of War/TOC in Silfren Mere.  Considering that will now be our home SCA group, might be nice to get to know a few more of the people that we don't already know.  Then it'll be back home, scramble to finish things up for graduation the following weekend, weekend after that we have a State Science Fair meeting in the Cities (so we cna't go to Silks, Needles and More in Korsvag.......I am not happy about that one), weekend after thatwe'll most likely be having a moving sale, weekend after that....hopefully moving.  OK, can I scream now?!  Way too much to do in such a short time span.  Oh well, it'll all work itself out.....one way or another.
