I would not be surprised if most of you LJrs on my F-list already know about bill S. 1959, but for those of you who do not I highly recommend you become familiar with it. I understand what they are initially trying to do with this but what worries me is it could explode into a much larger scenario. Isn't this what the have Jack Bauer and C.T.U. for?
