Halloween Art Feature at Horror-Web.com

Sep 28, 2006 11:23

Hey folks,

As some of you know I’m the webmaster at Horror-Web.com. Halloween is right around the corner and once more we are going to have a special Halloween edition of the site, which will be going live very soon.

This year we will have a page dedicated to Halloween inspired artwork. We’re looking for artists who would like to have a piece of their artwork displayed for the month of October. Artists need not created a new piece just for this, preexisting art will do. All artwork displayed will be accompanied with the appropriate title, artist name, copyright information and linked website address.

This is open to all artists both new and previously featured in the Art section. The staff of Horror-Web.com has final say as to what artwork will be displayed and may reject an image for any reason. Submission must be sent no later than October 14th, but the sooner the better.

If you are interested please send you image to dave@grendelsden.net. Please be sure that you image is no more than 250 pixels at its longest point and saved at 72dpi. File formats should be either .jpg or .gif.

If you’re not familiar with Horror-Web.com- It is a massive news, reviews and community site that has been around for over five years and is considered by many to be one of the best sites for both pros and fans of the genre. It’s an ideal way to get more exposure to your work since the site is visited by thousands each month. And in the coming months after October I will be looking over all participating artists for future full-length features in the Arts section.

If you have any question by all means ask away.

Thanks and hope to see many of you jump in.
