Final Embra 24 hours and counting
Week in Edinburgh is flying by. Catching up with various groups of friends each day. Caught a bit of PBH at his Free Fringe in Canon's Gait on Saturday night after experiencing the full on Fringe atmosphere in Potter Row for student food earlier. New/Old Museum in Chambers Street was really disappointing for me. They have got rid of the Gem room and put another noisy cafe on first level balcony in the main white Victorian hall. So no more quiet gazing at wonderful artefacts. And their shop doesn't even sell branded brollies! Missed no-brainer opportunity there for a Scottish institution.
Fate is being amazingly kind to me and enabling all sorts of meets with old pals.
Why are they letting the airport become as disjointed and ugly bad as LHR??? Noooooo! Maybe I'm just spoilt after the planned serenity of Changi Singapore or Wellington.
